I’ve been a regular customer at Pharmhouse Chemist & Superstores for quite some time now, and overall, it’s been a fantastic experience. This well-organized pharmacy and superstore offers an impressive range of medications, over-the-counter remedies, personal care products, and even snacks, making it a one-stop shop for all my health and daily needs. The shelves are neatly stocked with everything from vitamins and supplements to skincare items, shampoos, and popular confectionery brands like KitKat and Snickers. The variety is impressive, and the store’s clean, bright interior with good lighting and a cool air-conditioned environment adds to the pleasant shopping experience. The staff deserves a special mention—they are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. Whether I need help finding a specific product or advice on a health item, the cashier and shop assistants are courteous and efficient. The checkout process is smooth, with options like digital payments via PhonePe, which is a big plus in today’s world. The presence of security cameras also gives a sense of safety and reliability. However, I’ve deducted one star because, occasionally, my favorite supplies are out of stock. When this happens, I have to wait until the next day for them to be arranged, which can be a bit inconvenient. While the staff is quick to reorder, it would be great if the inventory management could ensure more consistent availability of popular items. Despite this minor drawback, Pharmhouse Chemist & Superstores remains my go-to place for quality products and excellent service.
